Pre-Order Questions
How is traffic generated and sent to my website?
Redirected Visitors (Not popups or pop-unders)! Everyday we purchase abandoned or expired domain names that have traffic on them. We purchase them to either resell them or to redirect the traffic to your website.
These domain names had a previous website on them that fits into our targeted categories. Basically, all we do is redirect that traffic coming from these websites to your website.
This type of redirection is better than a popups (web surfers don't like popups or popunders, it interrupts their online browsing.
When you make a purchase, one of our IT specialists will visit your website and, whether you specified a target or not, we will target it further so that we send you the very best visitors.
It is in our best interest to do so, if you generate sales or contacts chances are you'll be back for another purchase.
What is the difference between your traffic and CPC traffic like Google Adwords?
First, please be sure to consider total return on investment. CPC campaigns are much more expensive on a
per visitor basis. Most of our customers find that their return on investment is
much higher with bulk traffic campaigns than with banner and other CPC
campaigns.
Second, visitors in bulk traffic campaigns exhibit different
behavior patterns from visitors in CPC campaigns. This is because click through
visitors are 'self-selected' - they have already seen an ad and have chosen to
visit your specific site. One would expect a higher conversion rate from these
visitors. Again, a higher conversion rate does not imply a higher Return on Investment since most CPC campaigns are 10 times the cost of our traffic.
Finally, bulk visitors require a different type of ad page. For example, your home pages are indeed
quite nice. But, they may need to be adjusted to entice the
visitors a little more than is necessary with self-selected visitors.
When will my traffic order begin?
We strive to provide you with your CAMPAIGN TRACKING ID and password within 24-36 hours of order receipt. Once you receive theses stats, your order begins almost immediately.
Are pop-ups allowed on the target website?
All of our current traffic offerings do not allow pop-ups or sound. However we will sell traffic which allow pop-ups.

Will you guarantee that I will generate more sales?
No, we do not guarantee more sales. However we feel strongly in the quality of our traffic and you should consider the cost of the traffic versus the sales generated.
This will allow you to calculate the profitability of our traffic. Also consider the targeted group you selected may not be the best match
for your website. Trying other categories are well worth the effort. We are looking for long term customers who will make a profit using our traffic and continue to buy from us.
When Ordering, what is the maximum length for a target URL?
The maximum length for a target url is 250 characters. However our order process with PayPal maximum is 120 characters.
So when ordering if your url exceeds 120 we will need to know the full length of the url. Please e-mail us at sales@webtrafficsupply.com with the full url so we can process your order.
You can also include the full URL in the comments section when making your payment in PayPal.
Post-Order Questions
How do I track my order stats?
All orders come with the ability to track live statistics so you can keep track of our
progress during your campaign! After we review your order, you will receive an
email with a username and password to login. Please save your username and password to login to access your stats. Use the CAMPAIGN TRACKING link from our left hand menu to access the live stats menu.
Some campaigns will allow you to split your campaign and some won't depending on the availability and source of traffic.
You will also be able to pause or redirect your campaign by changing the url.
How long will it take to receive all the visitors that I have ordered?
The time depends on the amount of visitors ordered and the source.
Most US targeted orders in the 10,000 20,000 range are delivered in 30 - 60 days.
Also note if you cahnge the url later during the campaign, the number of days will be extended.
I have not received my campaign stats What Should I do?
We make every effort to seend you your stats once your traffic begins. Some times in the order process e-mail addresses may be missing.
So just send an e-mail to support@webtrafficsupply.com and describe the details of your order.
